Job Description:

Omnicom Group is seeking a Client Support Representative to join our team in Adelaide, South Australia. As a Client Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests.2. Provide product and service information to clients, assisting them with their needs and resolving any issues they may have.3. Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is maintained.4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner.5. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any potential issues or concerns to ensure client retention.6. Develop and implement strategies to improve client support services and enhance overall client experience.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client support or a similar role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Confident and dedicated attitude towards providing exceptional customer service.5. Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence.6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
