### Job Description

Lowe's is seeking a dedicated Client Support Officer to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. ### Key Responsibilities

- **Client Interaction:** Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, concerns, and product-related questions promptly and professionally.

- **Problem Resolution:** Utilize analytical skills to assess client issues and provide innovative solutions while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Lowe's products, services, and policies to effectively assist clients and offer tailored recommendations.

- **Documentation:** Accurately document all client interactions and resolutions in company systems to ensure comprehensive records and facilitate follow-up actions.

- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with internal teams, including sales and logistics, to address client concerns and streamline processes for improved service delivery.

- **Feedback Collection:** Gather client feedback to identify service gaps and opportunities for improvement, then relay insights to management for strategic enhancements.

- **Training Participation:** Engage in ongoing training sessions to keep up-to-date with new products and services, as well as best practices in customer support.

- **Performance Metrics:** Meet or exceed established performance metrics related to client support, resolution time, and client satisfaction scores.

### Requirements

#### Education and Experience:
- **Minimum of 2 years** experience in a customer support or client-facing role is required.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Communication, or related field is preferred.

#### Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong familiarity with chat systems and ticketing software is a plus.
