Client Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Jarden is seeking a passionate and independent Client Support Officer to join our team in a remote work setting. The Client Support Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and building strong relationships.

Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assist clients with account set-up, troubleshooting, and product information- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and provide solutions- Conduct research to understand client needs and preferences- Use persuasion skills to encourage clients to try new products or services- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client support- Provide feedback to management on ways to improve the client experience

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 1 year of experience in customer service or client support- Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities- Excellent research and problem-solving skills- Persuasion skills to influence client behavior- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
