About the Opportunity We are now seeking a full-time Client Support Officer based in Southport, QLD.

In this role you will be responsible for providing an outstanding level of client and process support.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Preparing and implementing client financial compliance and tax documentation (inc. tax packs, company records, engagement letters) Creating excellent client service experiences in person, over the phone and via written communication Contacting third parties such as the ATO and ASIC Managing your own workflow and contributing to the Client Support team workflow Ensuring simple, smooth and easy client onboarding Maintaining client databases Conducting general administration and project work About You To qualify, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting and/or professional services firm, with a high level of expertise in client services management.

Additionally, the following skills and background will be highly valued:
Strong written and interpersonal communication skills High attention to detail and professionalism Ability to work independently with limited supervision to meet deadlines Job management experience with platforms such as Xero, FYI and Ignition Proven reliability and trustworthiness Experience in providing seamless client onboarding and support As our ideal candidate, you will possess excellent time management skills, adaptability, and the drive to provide outstanding client service.
You are friendly, outgoing, and a true team player, eager to embrace challenges and develop your leadership potential within a supportive environment.
