About the Role Provide adequate follow up procedures and maintain appropriate and accurate documentation in accordance with established guidelines.Ability to develop working relationships with other key agencies (including government and non-government organisations) to provide stronger and more coordinated health service programming to the local community.Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, occupational health and safety, and ethical behaviour.Find out about the role in more detail and how to apply in the attached Role Description.
