The Opportunity We currently have the opportunity for a Client Support Officer to join our growing team!
The Client Support Officer will provide high-level client support and management ensuring the clinic focus is customer service-oriented.
This role will also provide administrative and diary management support to the clinical team composed of multidisciplinary allied health professionals.
Some of the responsibilities include: Managing complex enquiries and direct complaints/feedbackOnboarding of new clients for effective caseload managementEffective management of electronic calendars, client appointments, client communications, and service waitlist informationProvide support and guidance in relation to funding parameters and treatment plan managementManage client payments and accountsThis role is a two-year contract, and a range of FTE options up to full time is available.
The successful candidate needs to be able to work across multiple sites; Subiaco and Joondalup.
About You The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:
A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar client or customer-facing roleExceptional level of customer care, administration, and organisational skillsSkilled in electronic database management and Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft ExcelDiary/appointment management on behalf of business professionals and/or allied health professionalsDemonstrated ability to work independently, set priorities and manage large and varied workloads, while maintaining motivation under pressureExperience working with children and/or their family members, or in a similar client-facing roleThe successful candidate will be asked to provide a Working with Children's Check and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance prior to commencement.
