Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Liaising with Insurance Companies, insured customers and JB Hi-Fi stores Validating and quoting consumer electrical products for insurance replacement Inbound and outbound calls (no sales related calls) Preparing orders and managing ongoing caseloads Meeting KPI's and deadlines, in line with Insurance Company Service Level Agreements This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment and will suit a professional who has similar experience and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves!
This Role is a full-time fixed term 14-month contract.
About You Your strong customer service skills coupled with your keen eye for detail will hold you in good stead and see your success in this role.
