Client Support Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

United Natural Foods is seeking a passionate and reliable Client Support Associate to join our team in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This is a remote work part-time position ideal for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or client support.

Responsibilities:- Assist clients with inquiries, concerns, and issues via email, phone, and chat- Provide timely and accurate information to clients regarding products, services, and orders- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer experience- Maintain client records and documentation to ensure accurate and up-to-date information- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation in client support operations- Actively contribute to the team's success and goals by demonstrating emotional intelligence and effective communication skills

Requirements:- 1 year of experience in customer service or client support- Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and support- Reliable and able to effectively manage time and tasks in a remote work setting- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with clients- Innovative mindset and willingness to explore new approaches to client support- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management tools- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
