### Responsibilities:

- **Client Interaction:** Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions in a friendly and professional manner.
- **Support Services:** Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and resolution of issues, ensuring that all queries are handled efficiently and effectively.
- **Documentation and Data Entry:** Accurately process client information and maintain detailed records in our customer management system to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- **Problem Solving:** Employ critical thinking and decision-making skills to assess client needs and propose effective solutions, escalating issues as necessary to senior staff.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with other departments including underwriting, claims, and sales to ensure seamless service delivery and address any client-related challenges.
- **Maintain Knowledge:** Stay informed about company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed and relevant information to clients.
- **Customer Feedback:** Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and report findings to management for continuous improvement.
- **Uphold Standards:** Maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct and integrity in all interactions, ensuring that client confidentiality is always respected.

### Requirements:

**Education & Experience:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- At least 1 year of previous experience in customer service, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.

**Skills & Proficiencies:**
- Strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize client needs.

**Personality Traits:**
