**Job Description:**

Dollar Tree is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Client Support Associate to join our dynamic team in Brisbane, Queensland. As a Client Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service, fostering positive relationships, and enhancing our brand reputation. **Key Responsibilities:**

- **Customer Interaction:** Provide outstanding support and solutions to client inquiries via various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Actively listen to clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.

- **Product Knowledge:** Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all Dollar Tree products and services to accurately assist clients. Keep updated on new product launches, promotional events, and changes in store policies.

- **Issue Resolution:** Troubleshoot client issues with empathy and professionalism. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve problems efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.

- **Client Relationship Management:** Build and nurture strong relationships with clients by demonstrating a thorough understanding of their needs and showing genuine care for their concerns.

- **Documentation and Reporting:** Maintain accurate records of client interactions and concerns in the customer relationship management (CRM) system. Generate reports to identify trends in client feedback and areas for service improvement.

- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and inventory management to ensure client needs are met and to communicate client feedback for continuous improvement.

- **Training and Development:** Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. Assist in onboarding new team members by sharing best practices and providing support during their training.

- **Maintaining High Standards:** Uphold Dollar Tree's commitment to excellence by adhering to established procedures and protocols. Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications:**

- **Experience:** Minimum of 4 years in a customer service or support role, preferably in a retail or allied industry. Experience in a part-time role is beneficial.

- **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business administration, communication, or related field is a plus.

- **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and virtual communication tools. Ability to quickly learn new software applications.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Passionate about customer support and exceeding client expectations.
- Energetic and self-motivated, demonstrating a positive attitude even in challenging situations.

- **Soft Skills:**
- Strong presentation skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in client interactions and documentation.
