We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Client Support Assistant to join our dynamic team. This part-time position will primarily be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their experiences with our products and services meet the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Client Interaction:**
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

- **Problem Resolution:**
Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions. Escalate complex problems to higher-level support staff when necessary.

- **Account Management:**
Assist with the management of client accounts, ensuring accurate customer data entry, updates, and maintenance of records in our CRM system.

- **Negotiation:**
Engage in effective negotiation with clients regarding service agreements, product offerings, and pricing to foster strong relationships while meeting the company's objectives.

- **Collaboration:**
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, logistics, and product development to facilitate a seamless customer experience.

- **Reporting & Analysis:**
Prepare and analyze reports on customer feedback, service performance, and client needs to identify trends and areas for improvement.

- **Training & Development:**
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and company policies. Provide feedback to improve training content based on client interactions.

- **Performance Metrics:**
Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets, demonstrating dedication to personal and organizational goals.

**Requirements:**

- **Education & Experience:**
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a client support or customer service role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

- **Skills:**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven negotiation skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with professionalism.

- **Personality Traits:**
- Highly motivated and self-driven to achieve excellence.
- Dedicated to fostering positive relationships and contributing to a supportive team environment.

- **Technical Proficiency:**
- Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with remote communication tools and technology.
