Job Description:

We are currently seeking a reliable and resourceful Client Support Assistant to join our team at Fifth Third Bancorp in Canberra, Australian Capital Territory. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are looking to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Assist clients with inquiries related to their accounts, transactions, and general banking services.3. Process client requests accurately and efficiently to ensure a seamless banking experience.4. Collaborate with other team members to address client needs and resolve any issues that may arise.5. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information.6. Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management to support the client support team.

Requirements:1. Must possess excellent communication skills and have a natural ability to build rapport with clients.2. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.5. Knowledge of banking products and services is a plus.6.
