Experiencing exponential growth in the past 5 years, our client is now one of Australia's largest property investment advisory teams. Duties:

With somewhere between 1200 and 1400 settlements due in 2025 across different sites and builders, this is a pivotal role to oversee the home build process for their members. You will coordinate all aspects of the construction operation (from head office), ensuring that projects run smoothly and meet expectations. Duties will include:
Project Management – act as the primary point of contact, oversee all stages of the build process to ensure builders are delivering on time and track milestones to ensure all resources are in place.Offshore Team Management – lead and manage an offshore team, as well as training and systems improvement.Member Support – Keep clients advised on progress and estimated completion timeframes, resolve issues and manage the defect rectification phase.KPI Monitoring – establish and track KPIs for the home build process and the offshore team.Specific requirements:

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate experience / aptitude in all of the following:
