Job Description: The Client Success Manager at Closense is responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with our clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained. Your role is critical to client retention and the expansion of our services.
Key Responsibilities: Build strong relationships with clients and understand their objectives. Proactively address client concerns and troubleshoot issues. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Gather and use client feedback to inform service improvements.
