Client Success Manager | eCommerce backgroundA Client Success Manager who has a passion for working directly with business owners, and excels at coordinating with multiple stakeholders to achieve great outcomes. An individual who prefers to work independently in an outcome-based work environment, but also likes to take the time to celebrate wins as a team.
Ideally, you have worked in the eCommerce industry for a number of years at a software company, agency or owning your own brand.
What does your day to day look like? Coordinating the Client Induction for all new clients being onboarded to Air;Proactively ensuring a high level of client satisfaction for all clients within your client portfolio; leverage your business acumen and client rapport to identify additional value add opportunities for those within your portfolio of clients;Independently convert value add opportunities with clients, and collaborate with the operations teams to help ensure successful outcomes;Provide support to the Sales team with prospects as they approach becoming new clients;Working closely with senior members of the operational teams.What you will need to succeed? Minimum 3-5 years of account management experience in the eCommerce industry.General knowledge of accounting as it relates to eCommerce brands doing $2-$20m in revenue. You don't need to be an accounting expert, but you do need to know enough to speak confidently about payroll, GST, inventory and financial statements.Bachelor degree (any field).Have full working rights in Australia.Have previous experience with Xero accounting software.Strong understanding with Ignition, Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets and online proposal software (we use Ignition).Ability to independently establish and maintain effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.High attention to detail and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.Comfortable communicating with clients and team members both on and offshore.Strong organisation skills with the ability to delegate tasks and prioritise workload accordingly.High attention to detail and demonstrated evidence of the ability to adhere to deadlines.Who are we?
