Client Solutions Manager - CPG & Automotive, ANZThe Client Solutions Manager (CSM) for Meta's Global Business Group is a strategic and enthusiastic solution-driver who puts the needs of our customers first. Based in Sydney, the CSM will work with major brands to build strategic partnerships, drive growth, develop ROI-positive marketing strategies, and improve performance. The successful applicant will inherit an existing portfolio of accounts and will be tasked with nurturing relationships with our top advertising partners and their agencies, becoming an expert in their industry and their businesses, and leveraging Meta's full range of solutions to help them achieve their business objectives.ResponsibilitiesWork with businesses to understand their objectives and develop the Meta strategy both individually and in partnership with the Client Partner, which will constitute building on insights, crafting media plans, creative guidance, and measurement recommendations.Build key stakeholder relationships across matrix organizations, including C-suite and internal leaders, and be seen as a key influencer in shaping platform strategy and feeding back the needs of a variety of businesses within the consumer packaged goods, automotive, and restaurants categories.Provide dedicated account management to top clients, to develop, manage, optimize, and support strategic account plans, and leverage data to create business solutions for clients.Develop vertical expertise, including industry research and perspective, to drive overall business objectives and marketing solutions for advertisers.Manage planning, execution, ongoing reporting, and optimization of campaigns (oversee budget spend, manage internal analytics and dashboards, provide optimization and real-time recommendations).Manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives for clients.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or in marketing, media, and/or consulting.Communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.Experience turning data into actionable insights that inform strategies.Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects with a high attention to detail.Experience working independently and in a team setting.Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.Preferred QualificationsDegree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends.Experience with Meta's full suite of advertising solutions.About MetaMeta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
