Smart Service Queensland (SSQ) is the primary contact point for customers to access Queensland Government services, delivering over 260 services on behalf of the Queensland Government through multiple channels including phone, counter and online.
• Liaise and collaborate with partner agencies and internal stakeholders regarding management of new business opportunities, campaigns, disaster responses, improvements and change requests.
• Assist with developing service proposals for partners for new business or change requests that establish partner requirements and customer service objectives.
• Coordinate and manage the design and implementation of solutions.
• Establish and facilitate relationships between internal branches, partner agencies, and third-party service providers, to enable the delivery of the service.
• Monitor, review and report on performance of partner services through analysis of processes and strong relationship management skills.
• Support and inform the Partner Engagement and Experience Manager regarding operational performance, risks and issues, and ongoing improvements.
• Maintain professional knowledge and share information with others to develop self and others, and to support the consistent and ongoing delivery of Smart Service Queensland service/solutions for partners.
