Roy Morgan is looking for a collaborative and passionate Client Solutions Manager to actively engage with new prospective clients to deliver innovative solutions, as well as to support with the current client base.
This is a unique opportunity to grow key client relationships and be an expert in Roy Morgan's newest client-offerings, including Helix Personas.

We are seeking candidates with a marketing or media agency background with a special interest in digital solutions and data.

About the Role

As a Client Solutions and Growth Manager, you will be focussed on business development with Roy Morgan's digital solutions for agencies and their clients, as well as responsible for managing an existing client-base.

Working alongside key stakeholders in our digital development team, plus senior industry managers you will:
Develop new and existing customer relationshipsIdentify new client opportunities and work to bring in new businessWork with the biggest consumer dataset in the country that covers almost every facet of consumer behaviour, media consumption, social attitudes & demographicsWork with our clients to understand their objectives and key results, and develop strategies on how we can help them succeedWork on our exciting suite of digital and segmentation products and gain exposure to cutting edge data science and data fusionManage on-going team administration requirements and reportingChampion meetings and workshops with our clientsIdentify sector or industry trends and seek opportunities for us to be more innovative in our product offerings and how we add value to our clientsEstablish strong, trusting relationships with our clients with a growth mindsetManage client engagements from idea generation through to implementation and ensuring we consistently deliver exceptional valueThrive on building and maintaining strong relationships, who is comfortable leading and working autonomously, and is ready to hit the ground running bringing in their structures and process with them About You

To succeed in this role, your skill set will include:
