WHAT'S ON OFFER A highly competitive salary package - $160-200k pkg dependant on experience Career progression and exposure on a variety of diverse projects across Sydney Work-life balance with a team oriented environment Strong workbook to match Key Responsibilities: Act in a leadership capacity managing teams of PM's and more junior staff Lead the delivery of construction projects across numerous sectors in the construction space Develop and maintain excellent relationships with current and new Clients Provide leadership in work winning activities by managing tender/proposal preparation and submission as well as arranging and attending Client meetings Manage project scope, time, cost, quality, risk and procurement in order to achieve project objectives Mentor and assist with the professional development of more junior employees Key requirements: Tertiary Qualifications in a construction specific related field A minimum of 5 years relevant client-side project management experience including a proven track record of managing your own projects Strong technical skills and experience in contract documentation/administration, stakeholder management, reporting on cost and programme Demonstrate a successful track record in developing and maintaining internal and external relationships Excellent communication and client presentation skills Strong work ethic, career ambition and willingness to learn further If you would like to find out more and are generally interested in furthering your career, than please contact Thomas Lang via ****** or 0478754191
