The RoleThis role is ideal for a Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, or Senior Project Coordinator currently working in the Head Contractors (builders) sector of Melbourne's commercial construction market (buildings, not civil/infrastructure).As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will manage Design and Construct projects across their full lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:Design management and developmentSelecting and engaging consulting and engineering stakeholdersSelecting and managing the Head ContractorManaging and reporting on project progressHandling variations or progress claims submitted by the Head ContractorYour Next EmployerJoin a well-established and growing consulting PM firm in Melbourne with a flat management structure and ample opportunities for career growth.
