APM's - $85,000 - $105,000 + superannuation
PM's - $105,000 - $130,000 + superannuation
Contract roles will offer an hourly rate determined by your skills and experience.

Position Overview:
We are seeking Project Managers at multiple levels (Assistant Project Manager & Project Manager) to oversee and drive projects from start to finish. As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will act as the key point of contact between the client and project team, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time, within scope, and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams, facilitating clear and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to quality standards, client requirements, and industry best practices.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage changes to project scope as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and outcomes to clients and senior management.
Maintain and manage project documentation and ensure deliverables are met.
Qualifications:
Relevant experience in construction/property project management, with specific roles ranging from Assistant Project Manager to Senior Project Manager.
Understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Relevant tertiary qualifications or certifications within the property / construction fields are advantageous.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Candidates must be Australian citizens to be eligible for security clearance, which is a requirement for these roles.
Experience in retirement living or aged care is highly desirable for one specific project.
