Client Side Project Manager - Roads / Aviation

This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-side project manager looking to work in a well-established company with Project Management company.They are highly respected, established group proudly delivering some of Melbourne's most significant property development projects. They are currently seeking a driven, thorough Project Manager to be based in Melbourne. You will be actively involved in significant civil infrastructure projects at the Melbourne airport.The role includes (but not limited to) assisting with: Design ManagementTender Phase – documenting, supporting, assessing and finalising.Construction – superintendence, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration.Collaborate with Development Managers, authorities, consultants, and contractors to lead, manage, and optimize project cost plans, driving efficiency and achieving cost saving.Project AdministrationAbout you A relevant tertiary qualificationTeam collaboration is a mustClient side or contractor side experience5-7 years project management/development experience preferableKnowledge of civil infrastructure including pavements and roadsAn engineering degree is idealAbility to work proactively and autonomously.Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes and a sound understanding of construction contract administrationHigh attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budgetExcellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills.Proven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projectsWhat they offer: A professional working environment with genuine care and support for all employees.Potential career path progression for the right candidate.Access to key industry skills, knowledge and development.Generous remuneration, commensurate with experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
