Tired of that builder life? Being bashed around, the stress, long hours, early site visits, getting home late? Working on behalf of a range of predominately private clients, you will be involved in managing a number of different construction projects, large scale to $200m variety of buildings. From concept through to delivery you will be involved in managing the whole process. Managing a range of stakeholders, your role will be to make sure all are complying with the clients requirements; the Architects, builders, all engineering disciplines.What you'll need to succeedConstruction related degree6-10 years experienceExperience working for a Tier 1 or 2 builder as a CA/PM/PEProject experience similar; $30m+ technical projects, hospitals, commercial, student accommodation, apartments etc (not civil, or basic commercial or small residential homes)Must have confidence and clear communication- hold your own managing end clients and all stakeholdersMust have that ability to engage with everyone.What you'll get in returnEntering the PM consulting world you arguably want to work with an organisation where you can learn from the best.
