We currently have 32 staff in 5 teams, spread over three offices in South-East Queensland, and are seeking a Degree Qualified Project Manager to join our Brisbane team. The key responsibilities include:Flexibility: Flexible hours, start and finish your workday to suit your lifestyle.Client Satisfaction and Commitment: Maintaining client relationships and playing a key role in client presentations and deliverables while effectively managing the delivery of projects within budget and timeframes.Client Communications: Maintaining ongoing client communications and periodic issue resolution.Professional Development: Undertaking professional development and training to maintain industry knowledge and professional accreditations. Work with peers to gain experience and knowledge.Ongoing Project Management Duties: Undertaking the role of the Project Manager on commissions with the assistance of other employees.Maintaining Records: Maintaining the integrity of the team records management system to ensure timely and accurate information, filing is up to date, and databases are maintained for ease of access, retrieval, and reporting.Teamwork: Actively participating as a member of a team to move the team toward the completion of goals.Customer Service: Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships and ensure the delivery of consistent, correct, and high-quality outputs.Initiating Action: Ability to be proactive and take prompt action to accomplish objectives and achieve goals.Caring: About what you are doing and why you are doing it to find fulfillment.Car Parking: Shared car parking on site for all staff.Time Management: Work to the hours of the office and additional hours as required to fulfill the workload.
