Client-Side Project Manager (Construction)

Working on a range of high-end construction projects.

This role is working with a leading boutique in the construction space, renowned for quality they only work with an exclusive clientele who keep the company busy and lucrative. This is a long established business hiring due to a busy pipeline and more work on the way.

THEM A boutique provider of bespoke construction projects. Providing a full end to end, suite of services from design to delivery. Place a high value on not only your expertise but also your ability to form meaningful relationships with clients. A current and future pipeline of high-end Commercial and Residential projects funded, approved and ready to go. YOU 5 years of local (Sydney) experience with a good grasp of the DBP act and related Australian building standards, although career development is a factor in this role. Ideally you bring a long-term career history with a single employer. In order you have had exposure to the full life cycle of projects. Experience on multi-story commercial projects is crucial, exposure also to high-end Resi would be the icing on the cake. Possibly working for a large business and keen to move to a boutique to gain more experience and raise your visibility.
