Role
You will be reporting to the Director.
The role is for a project manager to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, contract management, and to provide advice and guidance to the client.
The role includes (but is not limited to) assisting with:
Design Management Tender Phase – documenting, supporting, assessing and finalising.
Construction – superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration.
Project Administration Contract administration including Superintending Strong communication and writing skills (formal & informal) Collaborating with colleagues and line managers Design development & project delivery Stakeholder management About You
A relevant tertiary qualification Must have consultancy experience Team collaboration is a must 4-6+ years project management/development experience preferable Knowledge of health, education and commercial sectors preferred Architecture, engineering or quantity surveyor experience is ideal Front end delivery is a must Ability to work proactively and autonomously Experience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes, and a sound understanding of construction contract administration High attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision Proven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projects For any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients, please contact Ben James at 0401 205 618 or or click apply.
