The role is for a project manager to deliver strategy, provide guidance across contracting partnerships, procurement, contract management, and to provide advice and guidance to the client.The role includes (but is not limited to) assisting with:Design ManagementTender Phase – documenting, supporting, assessing and finalising.Construction – superintendency, project claims and certification, reporting and contract administration.Project AdministrationContract administration including SuperintendingStrong communication and writing skills (formal & informal)Collaborating with colleagues and line managersDesign development & project deliveryStakeholder managementAbout YouA relevant tertiary qualificationMust have consultancy experienceTeam collaboration is a must4-6+ years project management/development experience preferableKnowledge of health, education and commercial sectors preferredArchitecture, engineering or quantity surveyor experience is idealFront end delivery is a mustAbility to work proactively and autonomouslyExperience working with design teams, tender and procurement processes, and a sound understanding of construction contract administrationHigh attention to detail and organisational skills to ensure the project is delivered on time and within budgetExcellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skillsAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervisionProven ability to problem solve and keep calm under pressure on complex projectsFor any questions relating to this role or other opportunities with D&B and our clients, please contact Ben James at 0401 205 618 or ****** or click apply.Your application will be treated as strictly confidential.
