What You'll Do As our Construction/Property Program Manager, you will:
Oversee Projects: Manage a variety of construction, development, and store opening projects, ensuring they're completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.Plan and Schedule: Create and maintain detailed project schedules and a comprehensive yearly program.
Coordinate timelines, resources, and milestones to keep everything running smoothly.Control Budgets: Collaborate with the cost management team to track expenses, manage budgets, and address any variances.Develop Future Pipelines: Strategize and prioritize future projects, forecasting resources, timelines, and potential risks to align with company growth goals.Mitigate Risks: Identify potential challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to keep projects on track.Engage Stakeholders: Act as the key contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear, timely communication and smooth collaboration.Drive Improvement: Continuously refine processes, share best practices, and ensure projects are delivered efficiently and effectively.What We're Looking For A degree in Construction Management or a related field.Extensive experience managing large-scale construction or property projects.Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and industry regulations.Proficiency in project management tools like MS Project.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong stakeholder relationships.A detail-oriented problem solver with a results-driven mindset.Who You Are A natural leader with excellent organizational skills.Adaptable and proactive in tackling challenges head-on.Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.A strategic thinker with a long-term vision for success.Why 7-Eleven Open office layout (in a great location – Richmond) which promotes collaboration, conversation, and teamwork to drive results.A flexible, remote-friendly work environment where people can enjoy a mix of WFH and in-office collaboration.1 day paid volunteer leave per year.Free 7-Eleven coffee and snacks in the office.15 weeks paid parental leave for primary carer.Social club, Open committee with regular events.A strong focus on your development including unlimited access to LinkedIn Learning.At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.
