You're Role :
As a Client Services Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of client service and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the Senior Client Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site inspections. Manage stock levels and performance according to contract guidelines. Address client feedback and concerns promptly and effectively. Ensure client needs are met through consistent, high-quality service and timely communication. Identify opportunities for additional services and promote them to clients. Participate in tender walk-throughs and contribute to business growth. Adhere to company and industry standards for health, safety, and environmental practices. Report and manage workplace incidents and hazards to ensure a safe working environment. Monitor and support staff in adhering to health and safety policies. Lead, support, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve and exceed client expectations. Manage performance, training, and development to enhance team effectiveness. Handle staff absences and coordinate relief as needed. Performs various daily cleaning tasks on sites and covers for Cleaners when absent or on leave. Report client issues and changes to contracts promptly. Manage administrative tasks including timesheets and accommodation reports. Ensure the secure management of client keys and site access. Skills and experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the cleaning or facilities management sector. Valid Australian Driver's Licence. Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.). Customer-focused with a proactive, self-starting attitude.
