Reporting directly to the Senior Client Services Manager, your responsibilities will include:Foster strong client relationships through proactive communication and regular site inspectionsAddress client feedback and concerns promptly and effectivelyEnsure client needs are met through consistent, high-quality service and timely communicationAdhere to company and industry standards for health, safety, and environmental practicesReport and manage workplace incidents and hazards to ensure a safe working environmentLead, support, and motivate cleaning staff to achieve and exceed client expectationsManage performance, training, and development to enhance team effectivenessHandle staff absences and coordinate relief as neededPerform various daily cleaning tasks on sites and cover for Cleaners when absent or on leaveReport client issues and changes to contracts promptlyManage administrative tasks including timesheets and accommodation reportsWhat we require from you:Previous experience in a similar role with cleaning/facilities managementCurrent National Police clearance (Mandatory)Working With Children's check (Mandatory)Excellent communication skillsHigh customer service skills with a friendly demeanorHigh standard of work, cleanliness and attention to detailOwn reliable transport and valid Driver's Licence (Mandatory)Able to work autonomously and use initiativeProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.)Strong skills in stakeholder management, communication, and time management.How to ApplyIf you meet our criteria and are available to commence employment immediately, please click the "APPLY NOW BUTTON" and attach your resume.At ACS, we embrace a diverse and inclusive workforce, welcoming the varied life experiences and perspectives of employees, irrespective of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, cultural background, disability or sexual orientation.
