Enable brings creativity, flexibility, responsiveness, and a person-centered approach to our work.Enable WA is seeking a Full-time Client Services Support Officer to join our team in the Lower Southwest (Busselton) commencing December 2024.The Client Services Support Officer has a variety of responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of Client Services. The Client Services Support Officer provides administrative support to assist with the delivery of day-to-day operations in a timely, reliable, and efficient manner. The tasks include, but are not limited to:Urgent shift cover to ensure seamless support to ClientsManaging mandatory documentationScheduling compliance requirementsMinute-taking within regional meetingsMonitoring/reviewing rostering trendsProviding induction to new support staffThis position encompasses working collaboratively with the coordination and management team to provide high quality and consistent support to Clients and ensures compliance with Quality and Safeguarding requirements.Key Responsibilities:Ability to work effectively as part of an established, cohesive teamAbility to problem solve and work autonomouslyStrong organisational skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressureProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteFlexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the teamAbility to use a CRM system and rostering softwareDedication to maintaining confidentiality and data securityNDIS Worker screening or willingness to obtainCurrent WA Drivers licenceHighly Desirable (Training can be provided):Knowledge of NDIS processes and systemsFamiliarity with Social, Community, Home and Disability Services Industrial AwardPrevious experience in a similar administrative roleFamiliarity with Carelink rostering platformThe role is based in the Busselton region and will report to the Lower Southwest Regional Manager.What we offer:Salary packagingOpportunity to work from home, within a hybrid model, on completion of probationary periodComprehensive induction and ongoing support (will be required to attend Bunbury Head Office during initial training period)Employee Assistance ProgramCommitment to ongoing training and developmentValues-based work environmentPlease submit your current resume and cover letter which demonstrates why you would be an asset to our team from both your skills set and from you as a person by Wednesday, 20th November 2024 at 4:30pm.
