Based at Glen Waverley and Essendon Fields Minimum 2 years Reception/Client Services experience essential Experience within the veterinary or health industry highly regarded.
The Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre is a multi-disciplinary specialist veterinary centre providing services to Clients and Veterinary Practices within Metropolitan Melbourne and Regional Victoria.
We are seeking a Client Services Representative who demonstrates a high level of professionalism and customer service skills, enthusiasm, energy, and empathy at all times, for the delivery of excellence in a friendly working environment.
This is a busy role and your key areas of responsibility will involve the following: Being the face of MVSC, by greeting clients professionally at all times Providing exceptional Customer Service – to Clients, staff, and referring Veterinarians Answering telephones Scheduling appointments Admitting and discharging Patients Maintaining accurate client files Organising post and couriers Accepting and finalizing payments The successful candidate for this role will have the following skills: Initiative and adaptability - this role requires you to be able to multitask and have a proactive attitude Time management Professional levels of communication, written and oral Communication skills – with staff, Clients, and referring Vets, via phone, email, and in-person The ability to work well within a team Reliability and flexibility A calm and empathetic approach to your work.
