Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel). Flexible work hours (part-time). Outbound sales and/or appointment setting experience preferred (at least 1-2 years). Previous experience in an Australian contact centre is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities Conducting outbound calls to prospective leads to promote webinars. Presenting information about the webinar topic, speakers, and benefits to potential attendees. Qualifying leads to ensure they meet criteria for attending the webinar. Handling objections and effectively communicating the value proposition of the webinar. Using persuasion and sales techniques to encourage registration for the webinar. Maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and registrations in a CRM system. Following up with leads via e-mail or phone to confirm webinar attendance. Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to optimize webinar promotion strategies. Providing feedback on lead quality and effectiveness of promotional campaigns. Meeting or exceeding monthly or quarterly targets for webinar registrations.
