State Government OpportunityNewcastle CBD (Hunter Street) - 100% Office Based$35 hour + SuperInitial 4 months Contract with possibility of extensionMonday to Friday 9am to 5pm with one hour for lunchThe Role The Client Service Officer (CSO) is part of the Trustee Services Division which is responsible for delivering high-quality services to customers, predominately in relation to Wills and Estates.
The CSO is responsible for delivering high-quality, consistent, and timely estate administration services. A CSO will manage a case load of approx. 50 matters, address and progress estate administration and attend to customer needs. This role will require the CSO to manage work outputs, by working proactively in progressing estate administration and communicating with beneficiaries regularly in a timely manner, to ensure favourable customer outcomes.
About You The ideal applicant will possess excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills and experience in dealing with a diverse range of clients, professionals, staff, and community members. They will also possess strong investigative, analytical and problem-solving skills to thrive in this role.
While no former Estate administration experience is necessary, it is highly desirable to have experience working in legal or financial sectors/roles.
