The incumbent will provide high level administrative support in relation to the implementation and maintenance of relevant work programs and act as a first contact point for related enquiries. Hours per fortnight 73.50 hours per fortnight- flexible options available. Duties Providing initial advice and guidance to internal and external stakeholders, pertaining to the accreditation and licensing of hazardous plant and dangerous goods. Responsible for the workflow of industry applications and submissions, leading to the approval or refusal of licence and permit applications. Responsible for the data entry and quality control into various specialised information systems and registers required for the issuing of Licences, Permits and Identification Cards. Assist in the development of forms and documentation to support the administrative framework, including the development of educational and guidance materials. Liaise with and provide administrative guidance to other Government Agencies. Maintain accurate statistics for the production of reports for effective monitoring of industry compliance and auditing strategies. Provide other administrative support and functions as required.
