We are committed to delivering a 5-star service, and we're currently seeking dedicated professionals for both permanent full-time and part-time positions.
Operating in a 24-hour facility, this role will see you working 10-hour shifts, spanning across a 24-hour roster, ensuring that no two days are the same.
This is not your typical reception role; it offers a unique and varied experience.
Key Responsibilities: Welcoming clients and efficiently managing the flow of the waiting room.
Overseeing a high-volume email inbox.
Coordinating and scheduling appointments, both over the phone and in person.
Serving as a vital link between clients and the clinical team.
Processing payments, including cash, EFTPOS, and other methods.
Requesting results, samples, and other necessary documents from third parties About You: We are seeking a like-minded, dedicated individual to join our close-knit, vibrant team.
This role is both challenging and rewarding, perfect for someone with a strong, positive, and proactive attitude.
To succeed in this position, you should have: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume reception or administrative role.
A proven ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks effectively.
An empathetic yet resilient attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A strong work ethic.
The ability to work well within a team while also being able to operate autonomously.
A passion for animals and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
