Job Description The Client Services Officer will provide rostering and administration support within Holistic Care SA's office, including liaising with Support Workers, Participants, and other providers to ensure services provided are maintained in a professional manner. The Client Services Officer is required to support the Client Services Manager and work as part of a team, with an understanding of quality principles and how they impact on the requirements of this position.

Proven experience in the use of Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Proven capability to allocate time effectively and efficiently. Demonstrated understanding of the changing and diverse needs of home care clients. Strong customer service skills and an ability to apply problem-solving skills to a range of situations. Ability to process and prioritise a high volume of activities in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated ability to use a planned, structured approach to allocation of resources. Ability to work with a high level of independence and autonomy. Roles and Responsibilities Effectively manage and maintain rosters and shift cover for support workers and participants, ensuring documentation is updated and published accordingly. Ensure shift messages are included to provide additional information for support workers. Check and remove historical shift messages accordingly. Maintain daily roster variations. Effectively use and maintain the rostering software system (easyemployer). Produce rosters aligned with the service delivery procedure. Add new appointments on the system and assign appropriate workers to shifts. Manage rosters (both participants and support workers) in a timely manner. Maintain effective communication with office staff, participants, and the after-hours manager. Provide on-call services as part of the on-call roster. Assist with the mail-out of rosters either by post or email. Receive and record phone calls from staff and/or participants regarding rostered shifts. Perform other duties as assigned. Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and trustworthiness. Desired Qualifications Certificate III in Business Administration or associated education. Minimum Experience General proficiency with computers and comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, and experience in the use of email. Proficiency in the use of general office equipment. Experience in an office environment with exposure to reception and administration duties. Experience in rostering within a team environment. Legislative Requirements Understand the relevant legislative requirements, particularly National Disability Standards, Work Health and Safety Act 2012 (SA), Work Health and Safety Regulations 2012 (SA), and Equal Opportunity Principles and Practices. Ability to record and maintain accurate non-judgmental information. Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
Salary: $850.00 – $1,000.00 per week
