The Role We are seeking an experienced receptionist dedicated in providing exceptional customer service who strives to make a difference as the first point of contact for all clients and enquiries and attend to the general administration duties of the branch.
This is a full-time permanent position based at our Perth CBD branch, availability must be to work 9am-5pm Monday to Friday with one evening shift per week being 12pm-8pm.
A few specifics Managing multiple calendars for appointment bookings and phone lines as they come in.
This is quite a busy and fast paced environment and some of our clients are experiencing domestic violence or homelessness, so you need to be able to handle multiple queries at once in a compassionate but professional manner.
Attend to general enquiries and provide assistance where possible, including referring to other branches or agencies.
