What will your typical week look like? Ensure timely completion of all client related tasks in their local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards. Attend to tasks within the Beginner skill set, providing excellent support to clients. Provide general support to the Client Services team including file creation and management, database entry and management. Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning. Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals. Administration experience with strong attention to detail. Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders. Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others. Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
