This is a multi-faceted role which is responsible for providing clerical, administrative and reception support across our range of clinical services. The position is part of a multidisciplinary team.Base Full Time Salary: $54,288 - $57,090 (salary is based on experience)Relevant certificate level qualifications in business administration or similarMinimum 2 years previous experience in an administration, reception or call centre roleHigh level computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and data entryHigh level interpersonal and communication skillsProven ability to handle high volume of telephone callsDemonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary teamMust have Australian working rightsPrevious experience in a healthcare environment, including use of electronic medical record systems and client billingPrevious experience in basic financial systemsExperience working with culturally and linguistically diverse clients and/or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communitiesOther requirementsA Criminal Record Check and Working With Children Check are required prior to commencement.
