About the role As first point of contact for families seeking Aged Care services, you will assist residents and their families in their journey into residential Aged Care. You'll be a team player who: Brings a friendly customer service to everyone – whether in person, on the phone or over email. Keeps on top of paperwork – record keeping, filing, etc. Enjoys showcases our home to future residents and their families.
