Client Services Officer

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Client Services Officer to join their great team.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client support while assisting with the overall operations and activities of the firm.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in client services and/or financial services to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within a reputable and growing company Key Responsibilities: Provide client support including setting up new portfolios, managing asset transfers, and handling account closures.
Process client instructions such as banking requests, investment of new funds, and updating account details.
Proactively respond to client queries and assist with communications.
Support business development by managing staff calendars for outbound calls, updating pitch materials, and assisting with event management.
Assist with reporting tasks including preparing and distributing reports.
About You: Experience in Client or Adviser Services, ideally in financial services.
Strong focus on client service with excellent relationship-building skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office Suite; experience with Adobe Suite and Xplan is a bonus.
Ability to manage time and projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
