Job description Our client are seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of Commercial and SME accounts across a broad range of risks and industries.
The Role Maintain strong relationships and trust with portfolio of clients, based on demonstrated ability to manage accounts both smoothly and professionally Developing and maintaining meaningful working relationships with insurers and service providers Implementing renewal and broking strategies collaborating with other team members and claims staff to ensure client's interests are protected Proactively manage and resolve client issues including answering and responding to daily client enquiries Gathering client information to support renewal documentation including the production of relevant reports in accordance with Branch standards Generate initiatives toward maximising account profitability About you Tier 1 qualified with the confidence to service and manage your own book autonomously and good knowledge across most lines of business Minimum 4 years experience in a broking role with demonstrated success managing and growing a portfolio of clients Be able to work with minimal supervision with a great level of accuracy and attention to details Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional, confident and presentable Key Benefits Salary negotiable depending on experience This role will allow you to reach your potential and further develop your career within the industry Be a part of a company who invest heavily in their staff development Enjoy a hybrid work from home / office arrangement For immediate consideration, please submit your resume via the 'Apply Now' link below.
