An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Client Services Officer to join a dynamic team based in Brisbane. This role offers the chance to provide exceptional administrative and workflow support within a premium wealth management firm. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to enhance client relationships through outstanding engagement and communication, while also managing advisor workflows and processing administrative tasks.
What you'll do: As a Client Services Officer, you will play an integral role in supporting a team of Advisers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing advisor workflows, providing high-level administrative support, establishing and maintaining client accounts, and assisting with the preparation of various documents such as SOA's and pitch documents. You will also be responsible for arranging and managing the team's schedule and events. Your commitment to delivering excellent customer service will be key in building rapport with clients and developing outstanding client engagement.
Manage advisor workflows and process administrative tasks efficiently Provide high-level administrative support to the team and respond to client queries effectively Establish and maintain client accounts ensuring all compliance obligations are met Proactively manage risk and compliance by adhering to policies, processes, and procedures Assist teams in preparing Statements of Advice (SOA), pitch documents, portfolio reviews, and marketing material Arrange and manage the team's schedule and events as required What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Client Services Officer role will bring experience from a background in financial services or professional services administration. You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills which will enable you to build strong relationships with both clients and colleagues. Your proficiency in computer literacy coupled with your general understanding of financial markets will be essential for success in this role.
