Part-Time Position (38 fortnightly hours) Competitive annual salary + Super + Salary Packaging (to increase your take home pay) Located in Berri We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Officer to deliver on-site, client-centric service and administrative support across the range of services offered by Relationships Australia SA (RASA).
In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling inquiries, providing information, referrals, and managing intake services to accurately assess and address the diverse needs of clients and visitors at RASA sites.

Who we are looking for To be successful in this role you will: Have a Certificate IV (AQF level 4) in Community Services (or willingness to complete within 12 months).
Be available to work Monday from 9:00am to 5:06pm, Tuesday from 11:00am to 6:06pm, and Wednesday from 9:00am to 1:54pm.

Experience working in a fast-paced environment where speed and accuracy are critical.
What you will be doing Delivering exceptional client service at the initial point of contact and consistently throughout the entire client interaction with RASA, adhering to best practices.
Employing a restorative approach to build strong relationships with internal teams, supporting a "No wrong door" approach in addressing client inquiries.
Conducting triage and identifying service needs for clients and visitors, whether on-site or via phone, which includes scheduling appointments and providing information about RASA services.
Welcoming and assisting clients and visitors at the front desk, ensuring a high standard of risk management at the site.
Demonstrating adaptability in service delivery to effectively meet the diverse needs of clients, including those with varying abilities, languages, and cultural backgrounds, both in-person and through digital platforms, as they access RASA services.
