Job Description SGS are seeking a Client Services Officer to join the team in Kalgoorlie.
Main Responsibilities include, however not limited to:
Answer all incoming telephone calls, emails and meet and greet all visitors to the site. Job Preparation and profiling. Organize meetings and take/distribute minutes. Update and maintain training records. Process invoices in absence of Office Administrator. Collate, distribute, record and reconcile petty cash. Qualifications The ideal candidate will have the following:
Previous experience in a similar role. Proficient with MS Office Suite Proven experience in problem solving with minimal supervision. High level of communicationskills.
