We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Client Services Officer to join our Gallagher team in Byron Bay. As a CSO, you will be providing customer service and administrative support to both internal and external clients. About the Role:
The role of the Client Service Officer is to undertake the full range of client servicing activities as well as providing support to the Financial Advisers. This position is also responsible for the Front of House and efficient organisation of the office location where you work. The emphasis is on building the business through supporting your Advice Team with their client portfolio and helping ensure a positive client experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage client workflow and queries, responding in a timely manner to deliver value and service. Establish and maintain strong client and key stakeholder partnerships. Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and professional manner. Assist advisers with data collection and information gathering as required. Adhere to all processes and procedures. Document and maintain client records in accordance with compliance obligations, and provide administrative assistance where required. Prepare client paperwork and reports with a high level of accuracy. New Business Implementation. Claims Management. Manage the Review Process & Reports for clients in your Advice Team. Diary Management. Office duties include daily collection and distribution of mail, ordering office supplies, stationery, and printing. Liaise with external suppliers/contractors, ensuring all aspects of the office are working efficiently. Participate in ad-hoc project work as required. Experience and Skills:
Previous experience with XPlan or similar financial planning software. Proficient in Microsoft Suite & Adobe Pro. A high level of client service skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Why work with Gallagher?
