We are seeking a Client Services Officer to work across our Perth metro offices. This is a casual position covering employees leave. Office hours are 9am-5pm Monday & Friday, Tuesday - Thursday 9am-8pm and may consist of an evening shift per week (12pm-8pm). The Role Working on the front desk you will attend to enquiries over the phone and in person, assist with appointment bookings and the general administration duties of each branch you work at. We require someone with strong administrative and organizational skills to provide a positive impact to the team and Office. What you need to know Be the first point of contact for clients when they arrive at one of our 6 metro officesManaging multiple calendars for appointment bookings and phone lines as they come in.It can be quite a busy and fast paced environment and some of our clients are experiencing domestic violence or homelessness, so you need to be able to handle multiple queries at once in a compassionate but professional manner.Attend to general enquiries, administration duties and provide assistance where possible, including referring to other branches or agencies.Provide secretarial support requiring the exercise of sound judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity.
You will have Previous experience in a busy administration / client services environment.Advanced knowledge of all general Microsoft programs and a willingness to learn our own internal booking and records systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to be conveyed in a professional and courteous manner at all timesThe ability to operate out of different locations across the metro area (north and south)A current National Police Clearance, full drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
The availability to work hours across Monday - Friday between 9am - 8pmThe ability to be a fast learner and work within a close multi-skilled team environment.
