Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking firm and take the next step in your career? We are seeking an ambitious Client Services Officer (CSO) to support our growing Accounting Services team in delivering quality outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for clients, including managing reception duties and ensuring smooth daily operations.Supporting the end-to-end administration of client files in a fast-paced environment.Handling corporate secretarial work, ATO communications, and lodgements.Providing specialised administrative support to a team of Accountants.Assisting with onboarding new clients, including preparing engagement letters, tracking ethical responses, and setting up client groups.Preparing and collating documents on behalf of Accountants.Assisting with the preparation of collations and invoices.What We Offer: The opportunity to join a modern and consistently growing firm.Flexible working arrangements.An industry-leading salary package.A supportive team environment.Professional development and ongoing training to help you achieve your career goals.Who We're Looking For: A proven track record of providing outstanding administrative support within a public practice environment.Experience with Xero or similar job management platforms.Excellent reporting, presentation, and communication skills.The ability to adapt to change quickly and solve problems effectively.Strong technical skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.Bookkeeping and/or accounts payable & receivable experience (advantageous).If you are ready to grow your career in a supportive and dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!
