Client Service Manager | Estate Administration Team Contract Duration: 3 months with possible extension Pay Rate: $35/hour + Super Working Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (7 hours/day) Location: Broken Hill About the Role: Join the Estate Administration team in our Broken Hill office as a Client Service Manager, where you'll play a critical role in delivering high quality, consistent, and empathetic administration of Deceased Estates.
This is an in person role with the opportunity for flexible hybrid arrangements.
You'll be responsible for administering 40-70 Deceased Estates at various stages, ensuring professionalism, timeliness, and customer focus.
Collaborate with stakeholders and beneficiaries to achieve quality outcomes while demonstrating exceptional communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities: Interpret Wills and other legal documents with precision.
Prepare and submit applications to the courts.
Communicate with banks, insurance agencies, financial institutions, and government agencies to manage estate processes.
Process claims and oversee the distribution of estate assets to beneficiaries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with beneficiaries through regular updates and empathetic communication.
Collaborate with taxation, legal, property, and professional services teams to ensure quality outcomes for beneficiaries.
Plan, prioritise, and manage workloads to meet deadlines effectively.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in administration, estate management, or a related field.
Strong financial acumen, problem solving skills, and initiative.
Demonstrated ability to plan and prioritize work in a deadline driven environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Experience with legal and financial processes is highly desirable.
